In spring 2019 the first edition of My Happy Customer was presented on the congress of the Hotelmanager association of Rhodos in April. The 100 copies were sold out in less than 2 months.
A complete rework and expanded version was planned for spring 2020, but we all remember what stroke the industry in March 2020. I kept writing and refining continiously the past 6 years, and now the next edition is due in March 2026. Stay tuned and register to stay updated.
