Service - Apartment kitchen utilities

Check the kitchen utilities regularly and make sure there are enough glasses, plates etc... for the apartment/studio in full occupancy .

Many apartments in aparthotels and resorts tend to have less and less items in the kitchen along the season. Some items break, get lost or get stolen. As a customer it is frustrating to open your bottle of wine and see that there is one wine glass missing or a plate to put your breakfast on... 

Construction - bathroom - shower

Make sure there is enough space on the shelf in the shower to put personal shower products of your customer.

Many hotels have a small shelf in the shower that is filled already with the hotel own products. Most customers end up putting their expensive toiletteries on the floor in the shower. Prevent this by making enough room for their products and make them happy. 

Bathroom - products

Always put bathroom products, toiletteries, etc... where you need it.

It looks nice to have all products in one nicely designed basket in the bathroom and the bath towels folded creatively in the bed... But many customers start off with jumping and the shower and they discover whilst showering that they have no shampoo, that the towel is on the bed or that they have just been washing their hair with... body lotion. Put bath towels near the shower in the bathroom. Put bath / shower products in the shower/near the bath. Put body lotion and other comfort products near the washbasin.

Check-in - Welcome message

Tailor the welcome message for your customers and make sure they make the most out of their stay.

Families with children are interested in the opening times of the miniclub. 2 Adults on honeymoon are not. Young people are likely more interested in mountain climbing than elderly or disabled guests. Make different welcome sheets to welcome different types of guests. Put all target group relevant information on the front of the page. Make sure not to overtarget and don't filter too much. But properly set, this can improve the feeling of being welcome significantly. We gladly assist on defining your target audiences and your top information for them.

Have local information for shopping, specialities, restaurants, bars, attractions available in a personal modern, not commercial way.

Many customers want to discover the real life in the place they stay. So they want to walk/drive out and get some real local experiences. You can provide te information loaded into an app on the smartphone, you can share your own google map or... use your imagination.
